InDesign Share for Review button not working

Hello! My share for review button has not been working for quite sometime. I would click the button, and then it would just go to a gray dialogue box. Recently, there has been a blue loading symbol inside of the gray box, but it still won't bring anything else up. Is there a way to fix my share for review button?

Have you tried logging out of your Adobe CC account and later logging back in? Thereafter, reload InDesign and that document?
