The "Invite Only" access I'm sharing with my colleagues shows them the message "Enter a password if one has been shared with you," and "Have an adobe account? Sign in to see if you have access."
Do reviewers have to have an adobe account to add their comments at the Share for Review online link?

Public link: Any person with access to the URL can access the document. You can secure public links with a password that you share with stakeholders invited for review. "
Anyone can get a FREE Adobe ID, by the way. You don't have to be a subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud.
