InDesign Share for Review Glitch

My Team and I have been having issues with InDesign Share for Review. Once we click Share for Review we get the blue spinning donut that just doesn't stop. I, personally, have logged out of Creative Cloud and logged back in multiple times, but it keeps happening randomly. Is this a deeper bug than just logging in and out?

Log out of Creative Cloud on the website

Log out on Creative Cloud on the desktop

InDesign go to Help> and ensure you're logged out.


Reboot - then login online - on cloud desktop - then ensure you're logged in on InDesign using Help>

You shouldn't have to do it all the time though.

If you've third party apps - like anti-virus - firewalls etc. you might be able to make an exception for them.
