Indesign sichert nicht mehr nach Absturz

Question

Seit einem halben Jahr macht die automatische Sicherung von Indesign CC (aktuell) Probleme. Oft stellt er die Daten nach einem Absturz nicht mehr her, ihm fehlen Korrekturen, die Stunden zurück liegen. Da ich im Verlag arbeite, ist das äußerst schlecht!!! Manchmal sind die Seiten sogar komplett leer und nach mehrmaligen starten kommt er dann doch manchmal durch Zufall auf den letzten Stand zurück.

Kennt das jemand? Was kann man da machen?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing some more information like:
1. Version of OS and InDesign.
2. Is it happening with a specific file or with all the files?
3. Do you save files locally or on a network?
4. Have you tried resetting preferences? (If not, please try doing that. You may follow the steps provided on https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/setting-preferences.html)

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and InDesign will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
