InDesign spontaneously shutting down?

Using Adobe Products in a teaching environment, on both Mac and Windows platforms.

InDesign and other Adobe apps keep quiting while asking if you "want to save" before quitting.

Anyone having similar issues? Is it Licensing glitch or what?

Getting pretty annoying 😞
