InDesign stating incompatible for HP spectre PC but creative cloud installed correctly

I need help to find out why InDesign is not compatible to my HP PC?  I updated to 

Windows 10 pro and downloaded creative cloud and all the apps show available except InDesign and Illustrator.  Please help!

Is it an Intel or ARM PC?

The Spectre line is all Intel. I have one myself but we're going to have to wait for the OP to answer my question. Earlier versions of Windows 10 are unsupported.
