Question

Indesign "Streaming Content" Instead of Printing

Hello all. I have been using InDesign for four years to print booklets. We have always used Canon printers. Last week, we made the switch to HP. Initially, I was able to print my booklets directly in InDesign. Came back from the weekend and cannot get them to print. The one thing I have noticed is on the printing pop-up, where it previously said "Flattening," it now says "Streaming Content." Is there a setting somewhere I missed? The baffling part is that no changes were made over the weekend. I have tried rebooting the printer and re-installing InDesign. Thanks in advance!

When you were printing to the Canon, did you use the Print Booklet feature in InDesign? (File > Print Booklet). Or were you using some kind of Canon print software?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
