Indesign, stripes in objecs that have transparency

Dear Indesign community,

I have installed the latest version of Indesign and always have these stripes in those objects that have transparency. The level of transparency does not matter. I set the screen display performance to the highest quality. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Indesign, but nothing has changed. I connected an external monitor to test whether it was the laptop's display. The stripes can also be seen on another monitor. These stripes can no longer be seen in the exported PDF.
Can someone help me with that. Thank you.

Daniel

Thank you all!

I found errors in the device manager for the graphics cards. Maybe it has something to do with that? I bought the laptop new and in its original packaging from a large electronics store yesterday! Apparently there were already problems with the configuration in March.

Since you are only seeing it onscreen within InDesign and not in the exported pdf that seems to suggest that it is a screen issue. Try turning off GPU Performance in your InDesign preferences. If it is already off then try turning it on.

Hello Bill,

Strangely enough, I don't have the option to turn GPU performance on or off in the InDesign defaults.
GPU performance does not appear in the list of default settings at all. Only Display performance and then Appearance of Black appear.
I disabled the Intel UHD Graphics GPU via Device Manager. But that didn't help. I haven't deactivated NVIDIA Geforce yet.
I thank you for your efforts!

Looks like you exported using PDF/X1-a. Use PDF/X4 instead.

Clarify what your system specifications are: Please tell us what operating system (exactly) you're running. Please tell us (exactly) what InDesign version you're using.
