InDesign Stuck and resumes every 5 minutes

Question

Users are facing issues with InDesign and illustrator. Application is getting stuck. USers have to quit session in order to work.

Troubleshooting steps have been completed by the users.

No one from the Abobe Support is helping or calling back even. Very dissapointed by the service and support.

I have had the same problem with InDesign, although I'm not sure if it actually resumes after 5 minutes - too impatient to wait that long. In my case, I'll work on a file (this was a 2-page doc) for about a minute or two, then everything freezes. I can't even close the app unless I go to Task Manager and End Task. Very frustrating when I have to restart the app every time, just to make a few edits.
