Indesign - Text Wrap changed

HELP!!! LOSING MY MIND ON THIS...
When I opened my Indesign files today the "text wrap" option has changed. I took a screenshot.
The one shown on the left labeled "old" is what I'm having trouble getting. Instead this "new" one with "contour options" is coming up. Anyone know how to get the "old" one back?
