Indesign Unable to package my document, error message states it cannot access the file

I'm trying to package a file with numerous links, but it says it's unable to access my files. It specificly says the names of each file, 'file 1: file 2: file 3: file 4: the indesign document I'm using as a template.'

 

How do I fix this issue?

What platform? And please specify full versions of OS and ID.

 

In case you are on a Mac - please check access rights - write - to the InDesign's folders and folder where you are trying to package.
