InDesign Undo Stops Working and Text Disappears on Windows 11 (RTX 4050, 21.2–20.4)

Hello everyone, I bought a new Windows 11 laptop with 16GB RAM and RTX 4050 (6GB), but Adobe InDesign isn’t working properly. Undo stops after 1–2 steps, and text or chapters disappear while editing. Tried versions 21.2–20.4, same issue. Thank you.

    I hope expert’s suggestion helped. Could you please confirm whether you’re still experiencing the issue on InDesign 21.2, or if the undo and disappearing text problems are now resolved?

    If the issue is still occurring on 21.2, please share a short screen recording showing the undo stopping after a couple of steps and the text disappearing while editing. This will help me review the behavior more closely and take it further for investigation.

    The latest version (21.2.0.30) fixes the undo problem, and as far as I can see, the display problem as well. If the latter persists, toggle the screen mode between normal and preview to restore the display (use a keyboard shortcut).
