InDesign Update 17.0

We've been having performance issues with 17.0. One of the more annoying ones is the screenshot below. It either asks to update to 17.0 or convert even though the machine is already using that version. It'll let us "convert" to 17.0 and then save but if that same computer opens that same file it'll repeat itself and have us convert. Does anyone know of a fix? I see 17.01 should be out but that's not appearing when we check for updates. We've already tried reinstalling and that didn't help.
