InDesign URL published links no longer work "HTTP ERROR 503"

I believe Adobe InDesign is down or something?? As all of our company .indd published projects that we send to our clients with the ttps://indd.adobe.com URL seem to result in HTTP ERROR 503 (server is down). Is this a short term fix? What could have caused this?

i talked to adobe support a while ago and they said the problem's on their end. and they still need 3 to 4 hours to fix it. so sad! 😞
