inDesign v.18.3 Alignment tool is missing

In the v.18.3 of inDesign the alignment tool is completely missing. Can't find it in anyware.

I'm using windows 10, italian version, and i had to ri-install the previous version of the app to continue use the tool.

Even if i try the short keys CAPS+F7 still don't work

It's a bug? Anyone has the some problem?

    There no alignment tool, but there is the Align panel.

     

    If it's not there, problems of missing or mangled interface elements can often be fixed by restoring InDesign preferences and caches. Here's how:
