InDesign v 19.4 constantly crashing on Windows

Our entire team's InDesign keeps locking up when trying to export to PDF or place an image. We've uninstalled/reinstalled, removed preferences, reverted to a previous version, and tried PDFing various ways. Anyone else having issues like these?

InDesign is now up-to-date. OS is Windows 10 Pro - it's not changed since last Thursday when the issues started. There are 10 of us in the company that use InDesign daily and we are all having the same issues.
