InDesign v21.0.1 - Win 11 "unable to start correctly..."

OMG, this is the same thing that happened when we updated to InDesign v21.  We are getting the error message:

"Application Error, The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000142). Click OK to close the application."

 

IT has to get involved. I have 20+ InDesign users that are working on deadlines. This has to be fixed!

 

Below is the link to the other discussion which I am assuming will fix the issue, but we don't have admin credentials to perform this "trick".

You'll have to get somoene who has Admin permissions to do it - I guess, see if it resolves the issue.
