Indesign will not launch from CC

I just changed computers as my other one failed me, and InDesign will not open from the Creative Cloud launcher. I am a bit of a newbie to InDesign. However it did launch properly from the other PC. The Creative Cloud launcher flashes, but nothing happens. No error messages, nothing. I checked to see if it was stuck by looking at task manager while clicking Open, however it doesnt register that it is even trying to open.

 

Help! Please!

    You might need to uninstall InDesign (from the dropdown menu in the Creative Cloud app) and reinstall InDesign.

    By the way, which version OS in the second computer?
