InDesign will not work on my Macbook but works ok on my imac. Illustrator and Photoshop work fine. InDesign won't load. I've deleted the preferences.

I've seen apps get stuck like this before without showing any error message. Since Illustrator and Photoshop are working, it doesn't sound like a system-wide Adobe issue. If signing out of Creative Cloud and reinstalling doesn't help, I'd also try creating a new macOS user account and launching InDesign from there. That can quickly tell you whether it's something specific to your user profile.
