Question

InDesign wird nicht in Creative Cloud angezeigt

Hallo zusammen,

Hi @Christian280205828hlc,

Thanks again for the update and for highlighting your experience with InDesign on a Snapdragon-powered device. That definitely helps others who may be considering a similar setup.

When you have a moment, could you please take a look at this article: https://adobe.ly/3H5Ht3O. It outlines the current state of support for InDesign on Windows ARM devices and may give you some additional context about what to expect and how things are progressing.

Let me know if you have any questions after reviewing it.

Abhishek

Try to log out of Creative Cloud, then log back in. Also, try Help > Look for Updates menu. What's the operating system version on your laptop?

Thanks for your reply, Leo.
I’ve made some progress:
The issue is the processor. It’s a Snapdragon X Plus.
And it’s not compatible with InDesign — or the other way around.
A brand-new Lenovo Ideapad with a 512 MB SSD, 16 GB RAM, and Windows 11. I wanted to use it as a backup for my vacation.
I then installed the beta version of InDesign — according to Adobe, it should work with some minor limitations.
That was a joke. The user interface was completely broken.

So here’s my warning to everyone: InDesign and Snapdragon don’t work together!

Best regards,
Chris
