Indesign with problems

I use indesign in my company, but we were facing a lot of problems with the software. We can't work with multiple windows, we can't even shotdown the software without control + alt + del.....We also can't use the fonts, because is in a eternal searching on the creative cloud.....I can't even export without close the program and opening again....whats happen guys? Oh....and when i try switch the tabs....creates a hugeeeee lag....

Hello,

Many (but not all) users here have had problems with the latest versions of ID 2022 and 2023 and the general consensus seems to be to revert back to the 17.2 version of ID 2022 and to the 18.4 version of ID 2023. Doing so has solved all the issues I had.

You haven't given us any details about the InDesign or operating systems you're using. Without that there's no way to help you.

From the mention of using "control + alt + del", I assumed that this was Windows.

Maybe they also have Macs? 

 

But still, there is no info about InDesign version.
