Indesign won't open even after trashing preference file
IndesignCC won't open, even after I trashed the preference file. Any suggestions? Mac OSX.

The latest version of InDesign at this posting is 13.1 - double check you have this version.
Try uninstalling InDesign using the drop down menu in the Creative Cloud app. If this doesn’t work, run Adobe Cleaner after uninstalling InDesign: Use the CC Cleaner Tool for installation issues
