Indesign wont launch, an error occured

please help, i just installed indesign 2024 package. but it wont launch with this error message. I tried to download the older version (2023) but it came with the same error message. I tried to install illustrator but it works just fine. only the indesign. please help I need to get some job done.

What are your system specs? Version/build of Windows and RAM are the two biggest factors.

If system meets requirements (including RAM, Graphics Card and harddisk space) you will need to have read write priviledges. (Are you the administrator on the computer)- Also there is a check of all fonts, and you may have poorly designed fonts on your computer which hinder InDesign from initialising.

Assuming you have the correct system specs, it might be worth uninstalling every version of InDesign using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and then reinstalling the application(s) again.
