Indesign ya no hace ampliación generativa

Question

Indesign ya no hace ampliación generativa, desde hace dos semanas al intentra una ampliación generativa de imagen sale una ventana rectangular sin posibilidad de ser eliminada y hay que interrumpir bruscamente el programa (eliminando el proceso desde administrador de tareas de Windows) para poder salir de ahí.

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue with generative magnification. That freeze and unresponsive window definitely sounds frustrating. Could you please try hitting the Escape key when the rectangular window appears and see if that clears it out?

Also, it would really help if you could share which version of InDesign and operating system you're using.
