Indesign2020 problem!

Hi community,

I just downloaded indesign 2021, the problem is that it doesn't really open the app, it doesn't start. I also tried to install previous versions but the result is the same. What should I do ?

Check and see if your computer meets the minimum required specifications for 2021:

Could be your operating system is now out of date.
