Index entry missing when importing word file in InDesign CS6

Hi All,

While import word file into InDesign CS6 there are some index entries are missing in InDesing document, which are present in the word file before the figure anchor.

Could you please someone help to resolve.

    Thanks for reaching out. I understand few index entries are missing while importing a word file to InDesign. I am hopeful that the issue is fixed by now. If not, I would request if you can share a few more details like:

    • OS (exact version of Windows/MAC).
    • Are all the entries before the figure anchor missing? If so can you please share a sample word file.
    • Could you please share a few screenshots or a small video of the issue?
    • Is the issue related to a specific document? If yes, could you please share the document with us? You can upload it to the creative cloud and share the download link.
