Ich möchte ein Inhaltsverzeichnis erstellen, welches doppelte Begriffe erkennt und dann nur bei den Seitenzahlen soll es alle Seiten anzeigen auf welcher der Begriff vorkommt?

Wie geht das?

Perhaps as an index?

That would seem to be the best way to generate your content, using index markers to identify the term(s), then using the Generate Index... function to compile your content.

There's nothing that requires you to use the Index header after generating the content; you can substitute any header you want when you generate the content, or delete the Index header text later and replace it with your own preferences. Format the content as you'd like your custom Table of Contents to appear, and nobody will be the wiser.

You can learn more about how indexes are generated with InDesign through this link. Going down the rabbit hole a bit from this introductory link will provide more details on how indexing works, and how it may be able to serve your purposes for a custom ToC.

Hope this helps,
