Inserting images with links

Good afternoon,

I'm currently trying to insert images from my share point folders in to indesign, but I'm receiving an error message.

To solve this, I have been dropping the images on to my desktop and inserting them from here, however, when my colleagues go to open up the indeisgn file from sharepoint all of the links are broken - therefore, I will need to return to using the images saved within the shared file.

I have attached the error message for your information.

    Hi,

    Working with SharePoint is brilliant but can get tricky when using InDesign.

    It seems to be more stable when using an on-premise installation instead of cloud based.

    I found that mapping the library as a network drive on your Windows computers helps a lot as you are 'fooling' the computer to use a more local resource. If everyone in the team connects the same way it should help.Try to get the same drive letter for everyone so the files are all stored on the K: drive for example.
