Installer not opening from downloads

I have just purchased a monthly subscription and whilst 'InDesign_installer.dmg' has downloaded to my downloads folder it will not open. I am running OS Sonoma on a Macbook Air.

Thank for the response. Problem solved by going to download folder, selecting the ID installer and then selecting "locations" .

Try to download the Creative Cloud app first, then install everything from there.

Go to your Creative Cloud account to download it:

...also, make sure your Sonoma is updated to its latest version.
