Installing Extension "Operation is not supported in elevated mode, use command without sudo/admin"

Hello,

We're Extension Developer and I'm trying to install our InDesign Extension to test it. I get an Errormessage

"Operation is not supported in elevated mode, use command without sudo/admin"

from the UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent. Windows 10 Pro ( Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 )

I already removed all Adobe Applications and cleaned the system with AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe - no success.

Any ideas what I can do?
