Interactiv PDF Check Box Error

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with exporting an InDesign file as an interactive PDF including interactive checkboxes. I have set the checkboxes using the Zapf Dingbats font. However, when I export it, the checkboxes are not working properly.

I'm currently using Adobe InDesign version 19.4. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows what might be causing this problem?

What do you mean, when you write that the checkboxes are not working properly?

The signs that should be shown are not, it is just blank. It should show ✓ or ✗ accornding to how many times you click.

What file type is the font?
