Interactive button changing color same as image in multi state

I am in a need of some advice of interactive button.

I am doing a interactive brochure for a friend of mine, case is this:

Eg: 10 cars same model but different colors. The image are same size. How do I get the button to change color to same color as the car, eg. 1 image yellow car, clicks on button so next image is red car and button should be red and so on.
