Interactive form fields - text inset

Hello, is there a way to inset text on interactive form fields with Indesign. I need left aligned text with a 1mm inset. Either that or an easy way to edit the inset in Acrobat with create form? Image attached.

This needs to be edited in Adobe Acrobat. It cannot be done in InDesign. Ask in the Acrobat forums.
