Interactive hover state button

Hi Community.

I have a yellow button, and I'd like to make this an interactive element. When I hover-(roll over) over the Yellow button, the text appears, and when I hover off-(Roll over), the text disappears. Im too confused about the button panel, I cant get it to function properly.

I am going to advise against this method. For starters, mobile devices such as tablets have no rollover because there's no mouse. You're far better off doing this with a multi state object and using on click or release for the action of the button to go to the state with the text.
