Interactive organizational chart capability?

Does InDesign allow you to insert pictures of employees in an organization chart as well as an option to hover over these pictures (to enlarge) or click to zoom in on certain individuals to bring to the forefront?

    Yes.

    Window > Interactive > Animation > Grow Large.

    And export an EPUB3

    I suppose this could be done with in5: Export HTML5 from InDesign with in5 - Home

    (Might be overkill though!)

    you are not going to have all this interactivity in and interactive .pdf

    Also. interactive .pdf are notorious for not working well or at all in acrobat for ipad.  So if these are deal breakers its not worth the time to create.
