Interactive PDF: Action "Go To Destination" not working

Hi guys, I have 4 documents, on 3 of them all my destination buttons work. 

 

On the fourth one, there is one button that just won't work... 

 

I have set it up exactly the same as all the rest.

 

Please see attached PDF... on the index page and in the drop down menu on page 3 onwards. 

 

The go to destination for

Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) just will not work. 

 

I have tried

New page

New text block

New master

New document

Text converted to paths

New bookmarks

New buttons

Duplicating a working button and changing destination

 

And every other button works. 

 

I have run out of ideas for troubleshooting, can anyone assist, urgently please.

It is possible that the destination name in the link is using special characters that cause it to fail. For example, the umlaut over the letter o might cause the Acrobat link to fail. Try simplifying the spelling down to an "incorrect" spelling and see if it works.

    Yes, thank yoooooooouuuuuu, Mike ... this did work... brilliant. It was driving me nuts. 

     

    Much appreciated for showing me how else to troubleshoot for the future.
