Hi. I have a question. Is it possible to create an interactive checklist in InDesign that adds a checkbox to a given task, which is then checked off and also checked off in the tracker on another page? The tracker will ultimately collect all tasks from the entire document.

Do you mean something like the attached PDF? When the checkbox is ticked at the end of each paragraph, the appropriate item in the list at the bottom of the page also gets a checkmark (that list could be on a different page at the end of the document just as well).

This PDF was create in InDesign natively. Each pair of checkboxes is given the same name in InDesign's Buttons and Forms panel, and this means that when one is checked, the other is checked too.

Yes! That's exactly what I meant. Thanks a lot. I'll give it a try.

There is no native feature for this.

Thank you very much for your reply. Do you know if it is possible to do something like this using Acrobat?
