Irregular columns

How can I create irregular columns with margins like on this screenshot? 
I need that to create a document of leaflet and if you know the paper folding requires different column sizes. I have to create many different leaflet with the same options.
On the first page there would be 3 columns and on the second page would be the same but with mirrored column sizes.
