Is it possible to add all paragraph styles in a group to a catalog(Contents?) style using a script?

The box for catalog styles is too small, and it is sometimes inconvenient to select which styles to extract as a catalog.

Is it possible to manually put all the paragraph styles to be extracted into a group? After running the script, all the paragraph styles in the group will be added to the catalog extraction dialog.

This is handy if you have a lot of directory entries.

For example: group name (Need extra)
style name:

aa1
aa2
bb1
bb1

If possible, you can also create styles for them directly in the catalog (preceded by an @ for the corresponding reference):

@aa1
@aa2
@bb1
@bb2
