Is it possible to download v. 19.5 in 2026?

I recently joined a new company and their onboarding paperwork stipulates that I need to download InDesign v.19.5.1 in order to compatible with the rest of the team. However, when I go to download older versions of the app the drop down list only goes to v.20, is it possible to find v. 19.5 somewhere and I’m just not looking hard enough? Thanks in advance!

    Hi @b.perilli,

Thanks for your query. As the experts mentioned, I’d like to add that as per the Creative Cloud support policy, only the current (N) and previous (N-1) versions are officially supported, where N is the latest version and N-1 is the one before it. You can refer to Adobe’s Creative Cloud support policy for more details.

I’ve also shared the next steps with you via DM, so please take a look when you get a chance.

Feel free to respond, and I’ll be happy to assist you further.

    Abhishek

Nobody here can help and this is a very unreasonable condition if you have an individual Creative Cloud account.

The only versions available are 20 and 21. If you are part of an enterprise, however, they may have access for you. So, either contact Adobe directly or give us more details on this.

Appreciate the help! I think I was just curious if maybe there was just a different place to look for it rather asking someone to help me to get access to it. I’ll check with Support and follow up with my team about this. Cheers!

Adobe officially supports only the latest two versions and only those are available for download. You can try contacting Adobe support to see if they can provide you with an install link for the version you desire. However, the chances are very slim

Thanks so much! I was hoping that it was just hiding out somewhere but I’ll shoot an email to Support and see if they can help.

I don’t think Adobe support is available via email. Are you an enterprise customer? In that case you can contact using the admin console, or else use the chat feature on the Adobe website
