Is there a way to clone one text frame to another?

What i'm trying to do is Have the same exact text from one text frame automatically populate the Other Text frame.  Say i drag a Text document that contains English, French, Spanish.  When i fill the Original text frame I want the other frame to copy it.  Can this be done without scripting? Also the text changes from document to document.

You don't mention what version of InDesign you are using, but if it's new enough, you could use the Content Collector, with Place and Link to achieve this.

    Hi,

As Susan said, Place and link is the best to do this. Also try style mapping if you want.Use linked content features in InDesign
