Is there a way to make and EDM (Electronic Direct Email) with Adobe products?

Hello everyone, I've been struggling to create a an EDM for the company I work for.
I am a graphic designer and do not know anything about programming. We have this platform that it's called dotmailer, but I struggle to make it look and behave

as I would like it too. So my question is, IS THERE ANY ADOBE PRODUCT TO CREATE EDM'S (with the coding HTLM already done for me)?
Or which platform would you use that is more Mac friendly?

Adobe makes no products for mailing. PERIOD.

I think you need software like Mailchimp.
