Is there an InDesign feature for hover-over flyout text boxes?

Hi all, allow me to demonstrate what I'm trying to achieve.

Take the Google home page for example. You hover over the 'Google' logo in the top left hand corner, a little flyout text box appears that states 'Go to Google Home' - simple, compact, informative. I like.

Is there a way to recreate this effect on in InDesign for the purposes of a PDF? I bet the answer is so simple, but I feel like I'm asking the question the wrong way. Thank you kindly in advance.

Sure. You can use the show/hide field behavior to show the flyout text box. It works in a PDF and in Publish Online.

Adding to the reply of @Derek_Cross, there are many things you can do with interactivity, InDesign, and Publish Online. Check out some of these example documents, some of which contain the effect you are looking for. http://bit.ly/PubOnCollection

Have a look at InDesign's Publish Online feature.
