If you're referring to the "scrubby" zoom feature that some Macs have, no, otherwise, the other responses should help.

    Cmd/Ctrl+MouseWheel = Left and Right

    Shift+MouseWheel = Up and Down

    Opt/Alt+MouseWheel = Zoom In and Out

      Could you try pressing Alt (Windows) or Option (macOS) while using the mouse scroll wheel or sensor to zoom in or out and let us know if it helps?
