Is there still an English - Middle East version of ID?

Up until last week, I had a version of the English - Middle East InDesign installed on my work machine. I don't know if it was IT, or the auto update from Adobe, but I no longer have access to any of the ME language settings that I had prior to the update. Was the ME version closed, or rolled into the normal ID program? If so, I can't find the ME options there either.
I did have my language setting changed to English-ME, then back to English so I could read everything, so that might have had something to do with it.
If anyone has any information on it, please let me know. Thanks.

Just in case you need instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/access-install-hebrew-arabic-indesign-illustrator-CC.html

When you install Hebrew, Farsi or Arabic you get an English UI with ME functionality enabled with additional fonts.

Yep, and all that functionality is gone. I uninstalled my current version and am now installing a new Eng/ME version.
