Issue importing Google Docs using DocsFlow

When I import, InDesign shows the first line only. I have to delete the return to make the next line show, and then delete the return again, to make the next line show and so on. This started after I updated Suitcase. Could the Suitcase update have caused this issue? Would deleting InDesign preferences  or refreshing the preferences work?

Hi Bob,

Thank you for immediate response. I appreciate it. I also reached out to the EM Software support earlier and they told me that there's a bug in the importer. They fixed the plug-in and sent me a link to the update. Docs Flow is working now. Thanks again.

Hi! I apologize for writing on an old topic; I have a similar problem. I am preparing a resume and a cover letter for the company where I want to work.

If you're trying to get from Google Docs to ID, try saving the document locally, using DOCX format, and placing it in ID (not cut-and-paste).

Sounds like a no break character is getting inserted somewhere.

Thanks for your quick reply. However, do you know how to resolve it?
