Issue with Adobe Product – Need Help from Community

Hello Adobe Community,

I’m facing an issue while working with an Adobe product and would appreciate your help.

I’m experiencing unexpected behavior during normal usage, and it’s affecting my workflow. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the application, checking for updates, and reinstalling, but the issue still persists.

Details:

  • Adobe Product: photoshop

  • Version: 21

  • Operating System: macOS

  • Issue Description: after 1 hour screen turn into black

If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows a possible fix, your guidance would be really helpful.

    I’m assuming this does not happen in any other program you have been using for over an hour.

     

    Try disabling the GPU Performance preference.

    Go to your GPU’s manufacturer website and see if there is a driver update.
