Issue with InDesign Online Review

Question

Hey there. I have an author whose proofreader spent the last two weeks working with online review to do the final proofread. Most of it is fine but there are issues with highlights not appearing. No pin, no highlight, no anything. I don't even know if the proofreader will be willing to go redo these. What can I do?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please test in the incognito mode of the Chrome browser or any other browser and check if it's working there? If it works, please try resetting the browser or deleting cookies & cache and check again.
