Issue with resizing with version 20.0

After upgrading to Indesign version 20.0, the feature to resize any element with Cmd + Opt + Shift + Mouse is not working.

Apparently there is a. bug in InDesign 20.0 that I had not heard of but it's apparently a bug I had not heard of:

What kind of object(s) are you working with in InDesign? I know of no changes in the resizing features in InDesign 20.0.
