when i try to download indesign it writes me that it is impossible, because of rusiia restriction. But I registreted in another country. What is possible to do in this case?

If the country is restricted maybe it is also checking the actual location from where you are accessing to download. Locate a reseller and find how to proceed Adobe Partner Connection Portal
